Want to go to the lake, but don't want to rough it. Now you can have the best of both world with this luxury house on the lake (The large brown house only). Truly a unique find on Clarks Hill Lake with he sheer size and elegance. Feel comfortable and have plenty of space with 11 beds and 6.5 bahts, there is PLENTY of room to space out.
The house has much to do. Feel free to bring your boat and store it under the dock. There is lots of space with covered parking on the property, so don't worry about your trailer. Lots of things for kids to do, they can play or kayak in the cove at the lake, disc golf, basketball, ping pong, or the amazing game room! There are plenty of board games throughout the home for those fun nights playing games as a family.
-This house has 6 bedrooms, each with a designated/private bath.
*Main level- Master bath with a King bed, bathroom with a tub and separate shower.
*Upstairs - Bunk room with 3 queen beds. Bathroom is across the hall with tub/shower combo
- Queen bed with twin bed window sleeper. Ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo.
- Queen bed with full bed window sleeper. Ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo.
*Basement - Large room with 2 queen beds. Shower only.

All rooms have private tv's.

*** This house is on a large property on the Clarks Hill Lake, It is 1 of 2 vacation homes on the property. The fire pit, basketball court, and dock are common areas. Please be courteous of other guests. (If you would like to rent both homes, reach out, or there is a listing for that).

***Please note after hurricane Helene that has rocked out community, there are still some fallen trees in the yard. There is also a torn screen on the screened in porches. The house is amazing and still fine. ***

Guests have access to the entire house. The home is the Larger brown house in the listing. Parking is directly besides the home under the carport. Firepit, grill, dock, and basketball court are shared between both homes, and other guests may be using. Please don't park in front of the garage.

The house was immaculate and great for a large group! Each room had everything we needed from extra blankets to towels and even shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Overall beautiful place and calm lake! Would definitely stay again!

Our stay at Alicia's place was fantastic! We were here for a basketball tournament and it was 4 families. We had plenty of room and the best part was our boys have plenty of things to do. From the game room, to the basketball goals outside, and the lake, there were plenty of options for them to choose from.
The other wonderful thing is not only the number of bedrooms but the number of bathrooms. That also was huge since every family had to get ready each day for games. There is also a lovely screened in porch and fireplace area (shared) that's nice too.
There is a 35 to 40 minute distance from Augusta, but we did not mind the drive because the home was beautiful.
Whenever we look to come back to Augusta, this home is it!! Everything was 3xactly as advertised! I also loved the easy check out and not having to do a 100 things prior to check out.
We absolutey loved this home, and plan on returning.
